Service Advisor/Writer
At Melted Metal Garage, we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Writer who thrives in a fast-paced shop, values customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering an elite service experience.
This role is perfect for someone with strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep workflow moving smoothly while helping customers feel confident and informed throughout the repair process.

Parts Manager
At Melted Metal Garage, we’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Parts Manager who takes pride in keeping a fast-paced automotive shop running efficiently. This role is critical to our success — helping technicians stay productive, ensuring parts arrive on time, and supporting an elite customer experience from start to finish.
We’re searching for someone who thinks ahead, communicates well, and thrives in a team-first environment where quality, accountability, and continuous improvement matter. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized under pressure, and being part of a shop culture built around winning together, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and managing parts for repair orders
Coordinating with technicians and service advisors
Tracking inventory, warranties, and vendor relationships
Organizing incoming parts and staging repair orders
Supporting front office operations when needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills
Automotive parts or service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently

Automotive Technician
Melted Metal Garage has a rare opening for an EXPERIENCED Automotive Technician who wants to work with a team of professionals operating at a high level. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers high-quality repairs with little to no comebacks, and wants to be part of a shop culture built around respect, teamwork, and doing things right the first time.
We understand what technicians deal with because our owner is also a technician. We know what it feels like to not be heard, to work with poor equipment, or to feel unappreciated. That’s why we’ve built a shop environment focused on supporting our team, maintaining quality equipment, and creating the kind of workplace technicians actually want to stay at long term.
What You’ll Be Doing
Performing high-quality repairs on all makes and models
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately
Working closely with service advisors and fellow technicians
Maintaining productivity while minimizing comebacks
Contributing to a team-oriented shop culture
Helping deliver an excellent customer experience through quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For
Experienced automotive technician (no entry-level applicants at this time)
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Efficient, productive, and dependable
Team player who works well with others
Someone who takes pride in fixing vehicles right the first time

Flat Rate Pay
Pay starting at $90,000+ based on experience and ability
